Olive 8 is a high-rise luxury condominium/ hotel located in the downtown shopping and theatre district of Seattle, Washington. Olive 8 needed to rebrand their property since their original materials were designed before the condominium was built. Dulce created a brand to attract buyers and to showcase the building's luxurious amenities, exquisite finishes and convenient location.

The Martine Bellevue is a condominium located between downtown Bellevue, Washington and the residential neighborhood nearby. The community branding was targeting new homebuyers and Dulce focused the design on showing the vibe and accessibility of the city life and the comfort of living in a safe neighborhood.

M Street Apartments Seattle

M Street Apartments on Seattle's First Hill was a new construction project and the marketing was geared towards people who worked at nearby hospitals or downtown. The visuals needed to evoke the eclectic personality of Capitol Hill but still have a warm, friendly neighborhood look. Dulce achieved this by using fresh colors, quirky illustrations and inviting photography of the surrounding neighborhood.

Queen Anne High School Condominiums Seattle

Queen Anne High School Condominiums was formerly a high school in Seattle, Washington and is perched on Queen Anne Hill overlooking the city. This property was positioned to attract the buyer who appreciates art, history and classic features. Since each home was unique from chalk boards, to lofts with ladders, to a penthouse, the marketing had to appeal to a wide range of people.
